Mission Statement
Carriage Town Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and home-like environment for its residents who require skilled nursing care, long-term care, rehabilitation care, hospice care, and respite services. We strive through our well-trained and caring staff to provide continuity of care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and to enable each of our Residents to achieve and maintain healthy and enjoyable lives.
